The goal of the BIG5 project is to raise funds through NFTs to continue to fund endangered wildlife conservation organizations. Furthermore, we want to play a role in constantly monitoring whether donations are used fairly and transparently. To realize this, the company plans to build a BIG5 platform based on the Ethereum blockchain, which ensures transparency and reliability of transactions.
In the early stages of the platform service, NFTs will be sold as the main content and raise donations, and in the future, we plans to provide various services that can increase user participation, such as game services and character goods sales. In principle, all proceeds from the sale of content raised through the platform service should be donated.
Since the BIG5 platform is built on blockchain, it forms a token economy centered on the BIG5 token, which serves as the platform's key currency. Therefore, when using platform services such as NFT purchases, users will basically use BIG5 tokens to activate tokens and increase their value as virtual assets. In addition, by linking wild points and BIG5 tokens that users obtain as rewards, we intend to create a smooth token circulation structure in the ecosystem.

• Content and service operation strategy
A. NFT
In the early stages of the service, it will focus on revitalizing the platform and raising donations by operating without any restrictions on the issuance volume and number of purchases per person for the five selected animal NFTs. Then, depending on the progress of the project, only a limited number of animals will be issued as the current population of the animal on a seasonal basis at the event or campaign level, highlighting the urgency and necessity of protecting the animal and increasing the rarity of NFT. In the case of animals with a small number of surviving populations, it can be sold in the form of an auction and can be expected to have a high price formation effect.
Users who purchase NFTs are provided with additional benefits, such as invitations to or the right to participate in events held by foundations or institutions that partner with the platform. NFT content is produced in various forms by collaborating with creators in various fields, such as photographers, painters, character designers, and webtoon artists.
B. Meme
In the early stages of the service, the issuance and production authority will be unified so that only NFTs and memes created by the foundation can be purchased, so that the service can be stably established. When a user community is created on the platform through NFT purchases, it supports users to freely upload their own memes and share them among users, thereby inducing continuous interest and participation in wildlife-related issues. By allowing user-generated memes to be freely uploaded to personal social media, viral advertisements can be expected.
After launching the NFT marketplace, wallet service, and goods mall, which are planned to be developed in-house, it supports P2P transactions by issuing memes created by users as NFTs. In this case, it induces users to donate part of their profits and cashes back part of the donation amount into points, creating an environment where users can continue to donate and maintaining a continuous virtuous cycle of tokens and points within the platform.
C. Benefits
When you purchase an NFT for the first time, shopping support points are given according to the purchase amount. After that, points will be paid as rewards based on the percentage determined by the internal operation policy according to the contribution to the activation of the platform, such as watching a campaign or public service announcement video on the platform, sharing the video to external channels, and participating in daily (weekly) quests (e.g. wildlife-related quizzes) posted on the platform or provided in the form of a pop-up.
The points obtained can be used as a payment method for purchasing game items when using the game service on the platform, and a system will be established that can be used in the character goods shopping mall within the platform. It also supports services that allow you to transfer or consolidate points between family or friends, such as traditional carrier services.
D. Users
Users can resell purchased NFTs to generate additional revenue. Users who want to resell can use an external NFT marketplace that allows Ethereum-based NFT trading. The project team will discover an external NFT marketplace so that users can trade with BIG5 tokens when reselling. In addition, for the convenience of users, a system will be established that allows users to swap other virtual assets for BIG5 tokens or register BIG5 tokens as a payment method.
E. Others
UNICEF's team bracelets and WWF goods (animal-shaped keyrings, eco bags, stickers, etc.) are produced and presented as gifts to donors to promote a sense of belonging. At this time, by differentiating and presenting according to the amount of donation, we aim to convey gratitude and encourage continuous participation.
• Marketing strategies to revitalize the platform
A. Unique Visitor, UV Increasing Strategies
Attract new users through content marketing such as high-quality promotional videos and game introduction videos. In order to continuously attract new users, the referral code system is implemented to reward both new subscribers and referrers in the form of points or tokens. In addition, various online/offline channels are used to increase the frequency of exposure to stimulate curiosity about the service and induce interest and participation.
